Our estimated shipping time for most countries is between 6 to 10 working days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns Policy
At Spiral, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of receipt, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union. If you wish to return your product, please contact our customer service team within this time frame to initiate the return process.
Please note the following conditions for product returns:
The product must be in its original condition, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that due to our items being shipped from our dropshipping agent in China, return processes may take a little longer.
